KIRK ROAD CLOSED FROM STATE STREET TO FABYAN PARKWAY MAY 11
Geneva Police have closed Kirk Road from State Street (Route 38) to Fabyan Parkway May 11 due to a significant vehicle crash. The Geneva Police and Fire departments responded to a car vs. a semi-truck accident on Kirk Road south of Cherry Lane. One person has been transported to Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital in Geneva with injuries. Kirk Road will be closed for at least a few hours while police investigate the crash. Motorists should avoid the area for the time being and use Route 25, Route 31 or Randall Road as alternate routes. No further details on the accident were immediately available.
