Naperville Park District Offers Community-Based Employee Referral Program
Community invited to refer applicants and receive a $100 Park District e-voucher
Naperville Park District is seeking applicants for summer positions and is asking residents to help spread the word and encourage their family, friends and neighbors to apply. Anyone who refers an applicant who is hired by the District will receive a $100 Naperville Park District e-voucher, good for program registration, memberships or rental fees. The applicant simply needs to include the referrer’s name and phone number on the job application. The Park District then will place the e-voucher credit on the referrer’s account after the applicant has begun work with the District. To be eligible for an e-voucher, the completed job application must be received by May 1, 2023.
“Although hiring for summer positions has been ongoing, the Park District is still seeking applicants to assist the Park District with meeting the needs of Centennial Beach visitors, golfers, summer camp participants and everyone who enjoys our parks and programs,” said Katie Sepe, director of human resources.
