Cherished Friend and Athlete is Being Remembered
OSWEGO–The Oswego community is mourning the tragic loss of Sean Fader, a beloved senior at Oswego High School, who passed away in a car accident on Friday, September 13, 2024. A promising young life was cut short when Sean's vehicle veered off Minkler Road in unincorporated Oswego Township, struck a tree, and caught fire. The devastating accident claimed the life of the 17-year-old who was known for his remarkable spirit and vibrant presence among his peers and family.
Sean Fader was more than just a student at Oswego High School; he was a cherished friend and athlete known for his infectious smile and boundless energy. As a member of the school's boys' volleyball team, Sean was admired for his dedication both on and off the court. Friends and teammates recall his enthusiasm and the full-hearted effort he put into every game and practice.
