Steel Beam Theatre 111 W Main Street, St. Charles announces a production of Love, Loss and What I Wore, a storytelling play written by Nora Ephron and her sister Delia Ephron. Ephron, the author of such well known films as When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle and You’ve Got Mail, has compiled the true stories of women of all ages represented in this hilarious, timely and often, touching play which is organized as a series of monologues and uses a cast of five principal women. The subject matter of the monologues includes women's relationships and wardrobes and at times the interaction of the two, using the female wardrobe as a time capsule of a woman's life.
Love Loss and What I Wore runs January 10th through February 2nd; Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m, Sundays at 3:00 p.m.
Directed by SBT favorite, Douglas Orlyk, Love, Loss and What I Wore runs January 10 through February 2, 2020. Diane McFarlin of Sugar Grove, Autumn Burns of Geneva, Elizabeth Hartwig of Schaumburg, Sue Mullins of Hampshire and Jennifer Reeves Wilson of Batavia round out the cast of five.
