FUN PROGRAM FOR KIDS WITH INTERACTIVE EXHIBITS & MORE
GENEVA– This popular series brought to you by the Forest Preserve District of Kane County and the St. Charles Public Library is back with in-person stories!
With books, finger plays, songs and more, young children love Story Time at Creek Bend Nature Center programs. Story Times are for children, infants through age 5, and their caregivers. The programs take place from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on designated Wednesdays throughout the fall, at Creek Bend Nature Center.
The St. Charles Public Library staff will read books, and after the program, all are welcome to enjoy the interactive exhibits inside Creek Bend Nature Center. We’ll provide you with a take-home craft. Then, for the grand finale of your story time experience, head out on the trails at LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve to hike and read a second story on our StoryWalk®!
“Story Time at Creek Bend Nature Center” programs are scheduled for September 8, October 13, and November 10. This is a drop-in program, no registration required.
Creek Bend Nature Center is located within LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve at 37W700 Dean St., St. Charles.
