40+ Vendors and Over 700 Attendees Joined Inaugural ThriveFEST Event August 3 in Naperville
Naperville residents had a unique opportunity to dive into a brand-new experience with the inaugural THRIVEFest, Naperville’s first-ever Health, Wellness & Fitness Festival, held at the Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium at North Central College on Saturday, August 3rd.
Atusa Freyer, Founder of Action Plan Agency and Creator of THRIVEFest, identified Naperville as a "massive hub for Health, Wellness, and Fitness". Atusa wanted to introduce attendees to different techniques that can help improve their overall well-being while facilitating a network between like-minded business owners in the area. Over 700 enthusiastic attendees joined in on live fitness classes at the Fitness Fusion Stage, led by Naperville’s top instructors, and had the opportunity to embrace holistic health practices at the Serenity Scene—all included in the price of admission. Attendees indulged in services offered by 40+ vendors and sponsors, including complimentary massages, red light therapy, facials, reiki, shamanic journeys, and more, selecting from a variety of offerings that catered to their wellness journey, whether for the mind, body, or spirit.
Everyone was left with something valuable—whether they already came in with a passion for fitness or were intrigued enough to experience electrifying sessions with fitness experts, clinicians, holistic healers, chiropractors, and other wellness gurus, it was a day to remember and left attendees wanting more.
The energy was kept high with three live DJs, interactive exhibitors, food and beverage vendors, a TinyThrivers area for children, and incredible raffle prizes. Attendees were also encouraged to bring in a healthy canned food item to support West Suburban Community Pantry, which resulted in collecting over 100 lbs of food. This event was a true reflection of Naperville’s vibrant spirit and commitment to thriving.
