CELEBRATING THE VIBRANT CULTURES THAT MAKE WHEATON STRONG & DIVERSE
The Festival of Cultures is an annual event planned by the City of Wheaton Community Relations Commission. The festival celebrates the vibrant cultures that make Wheaton a strong and diverse community.
This year’s event will take place on Sunday September 12, from 1-5P at Memorial Park. It will be an afternoon of live performances, storytelling, culture and arts. Festival participants can visit nearly 20 culture booths for storytelling, displays, and interactive experiences to learn about the heritage of some of our Wheaton residents.
Below is the current schedule of events and groups will be present at this year’s festival. We’ll continue to add more groups, so be sure to check back for the latest information. Please note that unlike prior years there will be no food or drinks available. Special thanks again to our sponsors of the 2021 Festival of Cultures include Wheaton Trust, First Trust Bank, Fine & Cultural Arts Commission, and Milton Township.
