ELGIN DNA TO WELCOME NEW BUSINESS WITH RIBBON CUTTING
A new hair salon will grand open on March 18 at 176 E. Chicago Street in Downtown Elgin. Belle Ame Beauty Co. will host a Grand Opening Open House from 5:00pm to 9:00pm beginning with a Ribbon Cutting at 5:00pm courtesy of the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Elgin. The public is welcome to attend to see the remodeled space, and meet the team, plus learn about services and products to be available at the new salon. Refreshments will be served.
Salon owner Anneliese Marino brings years of industry experience to her new role as a business owner. Raised in Elgin, Marino says "I am very excited for the opportunity to open my first salon in this amazing location." At the corner of Spring Street and Chicago Street, the location was formerly another salon and is in the same building as the well known Blue Box Cafe.

The salon will offer a full menu of services including hair cuts for men and women, color, extensions, and styling. Nail services including manicures and pedicures will be added in the future, as will makeup artists. Retail brands available will include a selection of products from Pureology, Amika, Pulp Riot, and Olaplex.
