DOWNERS GROVE–The variety of small businesses, amazing owners and community support make downtown Downers Grove the destination it is today. Fall will welcome Mud and Easel Pottery Studio to the downtown area.
October 1-October 25 there’s a Pumpkin Scavenger Hunt at participating hot spots. Find the pumpkins hiding in downtown Downers Grove businesses. Identify its unique characteristic, fill out the form & turn it in for a prize. Adults can be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $50 Downtown Downers Grove Gift Card.
The Annual Halloween Window Painting hosted by Downtown Downers Grove in conjunction with Rotary Club of Downers Grove will be held on October 26, 9am-12pm. The Downers Grove Historical Society will host the Living Cemetery, 10am-12pm. On Sunday, October 27 the DG Noon Lions Club will host the Annual Halloween Fest and Costume Contest in Fishel Park 12pm-1pm. The downtown businesses will host trick-or-treating on October 27, 1-3pm.
The many restaurants and cafes can please every taste bud.
