DOWNERS GROVE–The variety of small businesses, amazing owners and community support makes Downtown Downers Grove the destination it is today. Leffelman Meat Center recently opened at 4952 Main Street. PoundCake Bakery will be opening in the next couple months.
Small Business Weekend will be held November 25-November 27. While shopping all our great small businesses enjoy the weekend festivities. November 25th enjoy Old Towne Carolers 3-4pm and the Community Tree Lighting at 4:30pm. The Gingerbread House Contest will run November 25December 4, and on display until December 10. Complimentary horse drawn wagon rides will be on Sunday, November 27, 1-4pm. The Gingerbread Man Hunt, Candy Cane Cash Rewards will be held throughout the holiday season. Complimentary visits with Santa in his Gingerbread House Saturdays and Sundays 1-4pm. Strolling community carolers will be around all weekend!
