GENEVA–Kane County Sheriff's Department is requesting that residents avoid the area of Randall Road and Fabyan Road. Their facebook post shared the following:

**Avoid the area around Walmart in Batavia at Fabyan Parkway and Randall Road**

Large police presence for ongoing investigation. The public is NOT in danger. This is an isolated incident.

Please use an alternate route from Fabyan Parkway south to Main Street. Thank you.
