3. Trick or Treat at Naper Settlement
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29
NAPERVILLE–Put on your best costumes and enjoy trick or treating at Naper Settlement's historical homes for your Halloween treats, watch the blacksmith at his forge, and more! This special afternoon also includes a Monster Mash Bash dance party, Halloween-themed games, and a costume contest that will give you bragging rights all year! The event will also include a family costume contest! Families can win one of three titles: Best Costumes, Best Family Theme, Most Creative Costumes. Costume contest entrants must sign in at the judging station before judging begins promptly at 1:30PM. Winners will be announced at 3PM. You must be present to win. Children under 18 must attend with an adult. Adults must be accompanying a child
4. Witches Night Out

ST. CHARLES–The witches are back! Channel your inner Stevie Nicks, hop on your broom + follow the moon to trend + relic. Bring your best witch or boo to this annual after-hours event. Get ready for giveaways, fairy hair, custom blush + masks, complimentary spooky refreshments, tarot readings, moody fresh flowers and more! Co-hosted by Souvenir Vintaga, Ela and Jack, Restored to Chic, The Storied Home Collection and Republic Road.
5. Visit the Cosley Zoo Pumpkin Fest
COSLEY ZOO THROUGH OCT 31
WHEATON–Such a cute event and fun for all ages! During the fest, the zoo's lawn is scattered with thousands of pumpkins, creating a beautiful autumnal scene. The event also features cornstalks and other festive fall items. Visitors can enjoy seeing the animals at the zoo and purchase pumpkins, gourds, apples, cider, corn stalks, and straw bales. Children's rides are are an additional fee.
