1. Jingle Bell Ruckus

Saturday, December 10 • 5pm & 8pm

GLEN ELLYN–The Second City’s Jingle Bell Ruckus delivers a heaping serving of seasonal satire that’s the perfect alternative to those same old holiday shows. Nothing’s sacred: holiday film classics, family gatherings, beloved Christmas carols, and even Rudolph gets a wicked holiday slant in this fast-paced, interactive comedy revue filled with style, wit, and plenty of that famous Second City improv!



2. The " All Ages" Improv Heist

Every Sunday at The Comedy Vault

BATAVIA–Are you ready for a whole new comedy experience? Enjoy this completely IMPROVISED comedy show with LIVE music. Featuring your favorites from BABS Comedy Club! So don't get held up, get your tickets today and join the HEIST!


3. The Area’s First Holiday Pop-Up

All Season Long!

GLEN ELLYN–Announcing the return of this holiday pop-up restaurantt and bar. Running through January 2nd during the restaurant’s regular business hours. The festive décor includes tens of thousands of holiday lights throughout the bar area, four Christmas trees, over 400 snowflakes and an “Instagram-worthy” selfie photo booth with Buddy the Elf. All new for 2022 is the Winter Wonderland themed Dining Room bursting with lights, snowflakes and a 12-foot Christmas tree.


4. Eat, Drink & Be Murray Book Signing

Dec 16, 7pm

NAPERVILLE–Join this in-person event and signing line to celebrate the release of Eat, Drink, and Be Murray: A Feast of Family Fun and Favorites.


5. Christkindlmarket

Through December 24 • Free Admission

AURORA–The Christkindlmarket is the most authentic traditional holiday market of its kind outside of Europe, offering a unique shopping experience, family-friendly events & intercultural activities. Located at RiverEdge Park in Aurora, the event offers free admission.
