Learn to master the holiday turkey at the Backyard Hero BBQ Master Class Series – Thanksgiving on November 9, 6-11pm at Tischler’s Market in Plainfield. Learn to cook whole smoked turkey, smoke turkey breast, Thanksgiving Day Secret Recipe Fatty, and Tichler’s smoked sausages; and then share what you learned at the Thanksgiving Dinner Celebration hosted by Kimberly and Darron Hale on November 22 at 2pm at Belle Salle Banquets in Aurora.
