IT'S BEEN AN EXCITING START OF THE WEEK FOR ONE LOCAL WOMAN
When Naperville technical services librarian Lisa Mueller was 11 years old, she wrote an angry letter via email to Jeopardy re: something that didn't seem right with one of the answers featured in the Harry Potter category.
When asked about it by Alex Trebek during the show's introductions earlier today, she said, "Being Harry Potter's biggest fan - I wrote some angry emails when I was 11 to let them know." She went on to share that she was very persistent in reaching out and was very happy to receive a reply by one of the show's representatives, but that he told her this was not the right channel to use for submitting her complaint about the book series category. Alex chuckled at her story and told her that he would have personally responded to her had her note been addressed to him directly, to which she replied, "Really, great, can I still do it?"
Lisa Mueller has been on the show since last week and was today's champion in Final Jeopardy. To view Lisa's show stats and to follow Lisa's Jeopardy journey for the rest of the week click here.
