PARTNERSHIPS
Thank you for your interest in working with Glancer Magazine as a Media Partner to help promote your event or organization. Because this program is not limited solely to non-profit organizations, this is not an in-kind partnership or donation and therefore, our rates are not offered at a discount under this program. Due to this factor, we do not qualify for a tax deduction on our Media Partnerships. Due to space limitations, we treat our Media Partnerships the same as all other advertising agreements, as we are providing an advertising package to an organization. Therefore, in lieu of cash for the advertising that is contracted to help promote an event or organization to our audience, Glancer Magazine is to receive marketing services or other applicable services through the organization at equal value according to Glancer Magazine's rate card. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
A SPONSORSHIP LEVEL FOR THE EVENT
-Inclusive of all items listed under a sponsorship level on the standard sponsorship reservation form provided by organization to all interested parties.
-Sponsorship may be subject to exclusivity at a particular level for the magazine industry to avoid confusion of publication titles, however, in keeping with our goal to help promote maximum community exposure for any community-type event using all vehicles, Glancer Magazine does not
request exclusivity for any Media Partnership in its entirety.
SIGNAGE AT THE EVENT OR VENUE
Should this not be included in a Sponsorship Level, this is an option.
LOGO PLACEMENT ON ALL MARKETING MATERIALS,
INCLUDING WEBSITE

All Media Partnerships are required to be contracted and agreed upon by both parties via two agreements, one submitted by each partner outlining inclusive services of the partnership prior to our magazine reservation deadlines. Media Partnerships are based on non-promotional rates and are subject to approval by Glancer Magazine. Media Partnerships are based on availability, as we have a minimal amount of space allotted to this program annually. If your organization is need of our assistance in promoting your event, please contact a representative as soon as you are able via phone or email to discuss your event or organization. An officer of Glancer Magazine will then contact you. Thank you for considering Glancer Magazine as a Media Partner in 2008 and 2009.
