As we grow our list of titles, Glancer Magazine is seeking dynamic web professionals who are proficient in Dreamweaver with extensive knowledge of web layout, optimization, web advertising and social networking. This is an excellent opportunity for one with programming talent who is looking for flex-hours and who has a desire to build their list of web clientele. Assignments range from recurring weekly assignments to recurring monthly assignments. The work is general, however we require a reliable candidate who is a self starter with a passion for success. We are looking for a candidate who is located in the western suburbs of Chicago and who is interested in working with our experienced editorial and design team. This candidate will work from their home office. Ideal candidate must be familiar with working with deadlines and must possess good communication skills. He or she must be outgoing with a strong interest in a long-term commitment to our team. Candidate will be responsible for setting own hours and meeting specified monthly deadlines. Compensation is monthly per assignment. Submit cover letter of interest including sample website work.

If you want to break into the world of magazine publishing in the area of photography, now is your chance! Glancer Magazine, Chicagoland's premiere community living magazine, is seeking dynamic photographers who can see an assignment through from start to completion on an hourly basis. This is an excellent opportunity for one with creative talent who is looking for flex-hours and who is looking to build their photography portfolio. Assignments range from individual portraits, event photography, photo journalism and more. We are looking for a candidate who is located in the western suburbs of Chicago and who is interested in working with our experienced editorial team based out of our Naperville office. Ideal candidate should possess photography equipment with 1-3 years experience in general photography, good communication skills and must be outgoing with a strong interest in a long-term commitment to our team. Candidate will be responsible for setting own appointments and meeting specified monthly deadlines. Compensation is hourly. Submit cover letter of interest including sample photography work.
