WHAT IS TAEKWONDO: Taekwondo is an ancient Korean Martial Art that is over 2000 years old.

HOW DOES MARTIAL ARTS BENEFIT ONE’S HEALTH: In today’s fast-paced society we are constantly subjected to both physical and mental stresses.  These stresses can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle which results in fatigue, depression, and obesity.  Classes are designed to be energizing, release endorphins, and increase your metabolism to help you lose weight.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Taekwondo and our other martial arts programs can increase your strength, flexibility, coordination, reaction time, focus, concentration, self-confidence, and leadership skills.  The students can easily apply these skills in their daily lives at work, school, and at home with their family.

WHY YOU FEEL YOUR BUSINESS IS AN ASSET TO THE COMMUNITY:  The Martial Arts education that we provide is invaluable and many times not measurable by ordinary means.  The goal of our school is to create successful martial artists that will become the future leaders in our community.  This is accomplished by teaching students honesty, integrity, and perseverance, and offering a place where they can master their organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.   For more information, call (630) 346-7554 or visit www.wmaiusa.com.
